SCOPE OF WORK 1. Podcast Creation and Training: - Development of podcast concept in line with your brand ethos. - Setup of necessary equipment and technical support. - Comprehensive training for your team on podcast hosting and production. 2. Recording 4 Podcast Episodes: - Crafting scripts and storylines for 4 initial episodes. - Professional recording and post-production editing. - Infusion of brand-specific content tailored to your audience. 3. Podcast Website Creation: - Designing and launching a custom podcast website. - Optimization for enhanced online discoverability. - Integration with podcast hosting and tracking tools. 4. Social Media Optimization: - Overhauling 4 existing social media profiles to spotlight the podcast. - Establishing new Instagram and YouTube channels for dedicated podcast promotion. - Creating a Google My Business page for local engagement and visibility. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Minimal equipment purchases will be required, with costs additional to the project budget. These will be identified and agreed upon in advance. PROJECT DELIVERABLES - Four professionally produced podcast episodes. o Video and audio recording o Postproduction including but not limited to:  Handling and storage of video and audio files  Editing of long-form episode content  Repurposing for use on multiple social media platforms  Copywriting  Scheduling and posting on multiple social media platforms  Content management  Lead generation and management  LinkedIn and Facebook ad creation and targeting - A bespoke, SEO-optimized podcast website. - Revamped and new social media profiles with unified branding. - Training documentation, systems, and processes for ongoing podcast production. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Project initiation upon receipt of the first installment or upfront payment. - Additional services or requirements will be subject to new negotiations and charges. - Complete handover of deliverables after full payment.
